Left Singapore - 1 month

I left Singapore on 8th July and today is 8th August and in case anyone can't count, I've been gone for exactly a month now. If everything goes smoothly, I'll be back home in another eleven and a half months. Graduation ceremony will be in mid July 2008.

Tomorrow is Singapore's National Day and of course, I'll be wearing red. I like to think of myself as a patriot. Haha... Brisbane's Singapore Student Society will be hosting a gathering in QUT (Queensland University of Technology) tomorrow night. There'll be authentic Singapore cruisine and afterwards, screening of NDP. Hope it'll be fun and I can take lots of photos to upload here.

Tried new recipe again tonight for dinner. The above plate consists of garlic bread, crumbered fish and spaghetti fritters. We mixed spaghetti, egg and some seasoning and then fried the mixture. It's a bit too oily and because of the frying, the spaghetti is a bit too hard for my liking. But then, it's a new experiment and I like to try out new things. Did I mention before that my housemates are studying 'Food Science and Nutrition'? They love cooking so lucky me get to benefit from it.
