Went to school for my faculty's Orientation today. It was stated that there'll be free lunch provided and so I happily went for it. Felt so cheated when I saw the lunch. There's only many itsy bitsy teeny weeny sandwiches of weird weird flavour! Ate two of the tiny sandwiches and still felt really hungry afterwards. But when I went back to my house, dinner was really good. We had '四神汤', a type of herbal soup cooked with chicken, ma-po tofu and my favourite fried cauliflower. We also made bread pudding for dessert and we ate it with ice-cream! Felt so full and happy after that. I also helped to make the bread pudding! This was the first time I helped out in the kitchen, besides washing dishes.
